The DofE is recognition of a young person’s successful journey of self-discovery and development, renowned by employers and universities alike for the qualities young people have who've achieved a DofE Award. It’s balanced programme develops the whole person - mind, body and soul, in an environment of social interaction and team working.

BPE are proud to be the only company in Nottinghamshire to be authorised as an Approved Activity Provider (AAP) for the DofE. We provide training and expeditions at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels that meet all of the 20 DofE Expedition Conditions. We offer either complete or part packages to suit your needs, led by our dedicated of DofE leaders. These leaders are all very experienced and appropriately qualified, have enhanced CRB clearance, hold first aid certificates, and many of them are also DofE Accredited Assessors.

BPE offer expeditions that can be undertaken by foot, either in the UK or overseas, and also by canoes. We are also proud to be the first AAP to be authorised to offer expeditions on horseback. For further information, please see our information on UK expeditions or Overseas expeditions.
